Utah state fair 2009

Well the boys and I entered a few thing last year. and took some place. But this year. Im entering in some of the bottleing stuff that I have done. I also wanted to try the scrapbooking, The boys will do there thing. With the veggies. I will post more later

Payson Oion Day Baby contest

Will it is the last year that Tracer can do the baby contest. The theme for this year is Once upon a time. So I dresses him up as a prince. Well he did not win anything. But in his Mommy heart he stole the world. I will post a pic as so as I get them.

Utah county Fair 2009

The Utah County Fair.

I took second place for my pie.

I took third place for my bottled peach and aprocots

I really didn't thing that I would place in the bottle so third is just fien with me.
My bread tooksecond place as well. i had never made this kind od bread before. But i do know that kevin was mad that he couls not eat.

Jordan took first place for he pie.

Hunter also took first for his pie.

I was not making a pie this year for Hunter. It was a EVERY last min pie.

HE had fun cuting up the fruit for it and winning. He got $3.00 for his first place

Utah Coutny fair 2009

For the past few year the Boys and I have entered the county fair with soemthing. This year we did fresh fruit pies, Bottled peaches and Apricots, and homemade apricot and Bananan bread.
Here Hunter is being like a famous cook. He made a fesh Strawberrie and Bananan pie.

This is Hunter Pie. HE had so much fun cuting up the fruit for it. HE wanted to eat it . I had to keep reminding him that it was for the fair and after the fair we could make a new one to eat.

Here is my Apricot and Bananan bread it smell so good. Kevin seen it and asked if he could have slice and I don't him NO WAY!

This is Jordan strawberrie pie. It was the easy of the pie to make. It only took him about 10 mins total.

Play fort for the Boys!

I have always want a play fort for the boys. We have this HUGE tree in are back yard. I have sat and dreamed up the fort going around it and what not. I have gonen the boys a wood play house with a slide to start us off with .Last week I got them a wooden play set for $75.00. It has a bridge and a rope ladder and rope swing. We have started to rip out the rose bushes and stuff to make way for the play fort. I hope to have it done this summer. I fear the boys will be to old to play on it. When I do get it done. So I am pushigng to have it done this year. let cross are fingers.

Jordan and Grandpa Kelsey took snope up to manning res to swim. Whilie up there they found a spot that the fish where stuck in. Jordan caugh this fish and it die. So he brought it back to camp.

We went back to this spot and tried to caugh the other fish and put them back in the res. It was wuit hard to caugh the fish.The water was only about a foot deep.

Ozzy was triing to be a good dog and play in the water. but soon after this picture he took off up in the moutain, kevin had to go chace him. He was gone about 20 min. after that ozzy was put back on the change.
